If you have additional questions, we encourage you to contact us by phone, e-mail, or in person.
Do I need a lawyer?
The biggest question in your mind might not be which lawyer can best help you, but about whether you need a lawyer at all. In most situations, if you’ve considered that you might need a lawyer, you probably do.
General Legal Needs:
If you are involved in a case that will go to court, you will want representation there to ensure the best outcome for you. If you need assistance with the preparation of legal documents such as bankruptcy papers, wills, trusts, or adoptions, we excel at simplifying these processes for you and making certain the legal documents involved in such matters are executed properly.
Personal Injury Representation:
The legal needs just mentioned almost always involve the assistance of an attorney, but if you have sustained a personal injury, you might be more likely to question what an attorney can do for you. The most important fact to remember in personal injury cases is that the insurance company is not working for you. Their job is to settle your case as quickly and cheaply as possible. They have no concern for your present or future well-being and are not looking to protect your best interests.
Krueger & Williams will interact directly with the insurance companies to assure that you are not taken advantage of in what is already a difficult time. In addition, as frequently happens, when the insurance companies try to claim that your injury was the result of a pre-existing condition or negligence on your part, Krueger & Williams can develop the evidence necessary to prove the full extent of your injuries and their relationship to the accident.
Personal injury cases lend themselves to setting up a contingency fee agreement. Simply put, you only pay an attorney fee if the attorney makes a successful recovery on your behalf. An injured victim has nothing to lose, but a great deal to gain by contacting Krueger & Williams for a free legal consultation concerning his or her injury claim.
What do your services cost?
At Krueger & Williams, we make every effort to keep your legal costs to a minimum. Our fees are comparable to the fees charged in this community and, generally, in the State of Kansas. A fee schedule is available in our office.
I’m ready for a consultation. When are the attorneys available?
Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and on Saturdays by appointment. Our attorneys also recognize that clients may occasionally need legal services after normal office hours. They are amenable to arranging these when needed. From time to time, emergencies will arise. If you consider your problem a true emergency, you can contact our attorneys at their home telephone numbers.
In addition, the attorneys at Krueger & Williams work very diligently on behalf of our clients, so they may not be immediately available when you call or drop by due to client conferences or court matters. Our office staff is well trained to answer many of your questions, and they can relay your concerns to your attorney who will contact you at the earliest opportunity. For your initial visit to us, simply call or e-mail our offices to set an appointment with one of our experienced attorneys. We’re here to help you.
